Municipal commerce bureaus and provincial relevant industry associations:
The divided meal system is the embodiment of catering civilization, and it is also an effective measure for catering enterprises to ensure the safety of customers’ meals during the epidemic prevention and control period. In order to guide catering enterprises to carry out normal dine-in operations with the help of the meal sharing system, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. The main mode of dine-in meal sharing system
(i)
“Divided table” mode: when designing dishes, the menu is formulated and matched according to the requirements of the meal, and the kitchen of the restaurant is set up with a food preparation room or table, and the dishes are processed after processing
The chef or service staff will divide all dishes in the pantry or at the diversion table and serve them according to their seats

2. Requirements for dine-in meal sharing system
Catering enterprises should conscientiously implement the “Guidelines for the Prevention and Control of Catering Enterprises Operating Services During the Novel Coronavirus Epidemic”, do a good job in the management of employees and the hygiene and epidemic prevention of business premises, strictly sanitize equipment, facilities and tableware, maintain indoor ventilation, and clean and hygienic environment.

Develop a traceability system for diners to register the name and contact information of at least one diner.

It is necessary to pay attention to giving play to the entrepreneurial spirit of enterprises, innovating models and enriching content. Problems and good practices in the process of promoting the dine-in meal sharing system shall be reported to the Provincial Department of Commerce (Commerce and Trade Development Office) in a timely manner.
