On February 10, Guangdong Galanz Group Co., Ltd. resumed work. The intelligent production line of electrical accessories has started, and with the offline of microswitches, transformers, and timers, the numbers of industrial data centers are constantly updated and beaten.
During the Chinese New Year, Galanz pushed various epidemic prevention knowledge to employees, and conducted rework epidemic prevention knowledge training in advance through WeChat. On the fourth day of the Lunar New Year, Wu Shaosong received a notice from the company that due to the impact of the epidemic, the company proposed that employees return to Shunde as soon as possible under the condition of health and conditions permitting, self-isolation, and prepare for the resumption of work later.
The next day, Wu Shaosong drove back to Shunde. When he arrived in Shunde, he immediately went to the neighborhood committee for reporting and temperature checks, and isolated at home.
“It feels very different from the previous years when I returned to work. To enter the company’s door, you need to take a special pedestrian temperature measurement channel, and also disinfect and verify identity. Publicity boards for epidemic prevention and control in the factory can be seen everywhere. Wu Shaosong said.
The next work is the challenge for Wu Shaosong. “Previously, I only needed to be responsible for the safety of the production line, but now, preventing and controlling the epidemic and ensuring the safety of employees have become the biggest tasks.” Early in the morning, Wu Shaosong arranged for the spraying and disinfection of the workshop, and when the working time came, he ran to the door of the workshop to measure the temperature of each employee who entered the workshop.
In order to further protect the health and safety of employees after resuming work, Galanz requires all employees, all day and whole process to wear masks, enter and exit to measure body temperature, and all factories (including dormitory areas) fully implement body temperature measurement, every 4 hours. “Because of the concentration of personnel on the production line, it is measured every two hours.” Wu Shaosong said.
During the epidemic prevention period, in order to avoid the gathering of people, Galanz temporarily closed the canteen and changed to unified delivery and meals in batches. The reporter saw that the team leader of each production line put the lunch boxes of his team members in a basket, separated them to line up, unified to help the team members cook, and then returned to his own production line for distribution.
Before the Spring Festival, Galanz set up an epidemic prevention and control headquarters, and implemented the person responsible for epidemic prevention and control in different areas, collected and recorded the latest health situation and whereabouts of employees, and formed one person and one file. The reporter saw on the on-site materials of the headquarters that there were more than a dozen registration information for each employee. On the electronic screen of the workshop, in addition to real-time production data, there are also more promotional videos of epidemic prevention and hygiene.
On the day of resumption of work, the attendance rate of Galanz Group headquarters reached more than 70%.
