Then I went to Taobao to buy the driver board and speaker according to the screen model. When I bought it, I found an ultra -thin screen driver board, only 5mm, dual mini HDMI interface, and 5V power supply (here is more tragedy, next to it), place an order, plus the postage 108. Later, I bought a 0.8mm, 2mm (a bit thick) ABS board on Taobao on Taobao’s handicraft store. Because it would not be CAD, I did not buy an acrylic board. I also bought a 5mm light wood (can be processed by a small knife), which cost a total of 25 yuan. There is also a carbon fiber sticker, eight yuan.

TIPS: When the driver board arrives, try the program not to meet the LCD screen. My ultra -thin driver board has an inductance howling when power supply with 5V USB.

The first step is to cut lightwood and ABS board and punch

Then punch the 2mm ABS board. First use a 2.5mm drill head to beat the speaker hole, and then use 4mm to play keyhole. Here is the hole with my dad. Everyone pays attention to safety. The key hole is not positioned, so it is very messy. Remember to play the position of the key indicator light here.
Step 2 bonded screen, 0.8mMABS board and drive board
Pick up the screen first! Here we use hot -melt glue to bond. The temperature of the hot melting glue is very high. In order not to hurt the fragile LCD driver, I only hit the glue left and right on the LCD screen. Be careful not to be scalded by the rubber gun! Intersection His -hurts! Then use hot -melt glue to stick light wooden frames and keyboards, drive boards. Then the screen wire can be fixed with two light wood strips, and the thread of the keyboard is fixed on the 0.8mMABS board directly with the hot melting glue. The speaker here needs to weld itself, and the electric soldering iron happened to be broken … Based on the bold idea of the artist, I used copper wire to burn the welding on the gas stove. It is still not recommended that children perform such dangerous behavior! After completing the power, the plug -in and input source detect whether the display can be displayed normally and whether the speaker works.
Step 3 Blind ABS Backboard
Dangdang, to do the last … no, the penultimate step. First use the hot melting glue to stick the speakers on the backboard with the speaker holes on the back panel. Then I directly use the hot melting glue to use the light wood and stick the back plate, but it is still recommended to use other bonding methods. The first is that the hot -melt glue is dried faster. It does not wait for the position of the keyboard and the edge of the display. It is not easy to adjust. Here I have made it several times. The second is that the hot melting glue is less sticky, and it will increase the thickness, so it is not recommended to use hot melt glue.
Step 4 beautify!
The engineering man has a sullen heart. Recently, the carbon fiber pattern is very fascinated. Say your DIY monitor all kinds of length, width and height, and then cut it! Be careful and careful! Intersection Intersection Very important. Put back the back first, then follow the side. Finally cut the keys and interfaces, cut off the extra part, and make great achievements!
TIPS: If you have a bubble, you can gently cut the air along the pattern. You can use a hot air gun or a hair dryer to heat it.
