Recently, the German sportswear agency re-released the Supernova Cushion 7, a performance run silhouette from the early 2000s. While not impressive in terms of modern technical standards, the shoe has some details that fit in with the unshakable “daddy shoes” trend that the three-stripe dossier certainly contributes to popularization. The ultra-breathable mesh upper is fitted with a printed 3-stripe at the silhouette, a gradient hue and a chunky adiPrene sole unit. The striking combination of “Cloud White,” “Blue Rush,” and “Semi Solar Green” divides the entire early aughts proposition, providing a retro look that is now completely “popular.” As is the case with the brand’s other profile relaunches, the Supernova Air Cushion 7 is constructed from sustainable lenses that Adidas has implemented over the past few years:
